We understand that from time-to-time mistakes are made and as such we pride ourselves on a no fuss returns procedure.

Should an item be damaged in transit or an incorrect item received this must be reported to our team within 7 working days of receiving the delivery. Contact details for our team can be found below.

Should you change your mind about purchasing an item and you wish to return it, you must notify our team of your decision with 7 working days of receipt of your goods. The item must be: sealed, un-used or damaged in anyway and be in a re-saleable condition.

Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be processed once received.
